Shipping Charges

We have made shipping as easy as possible with a flat rate of $11.00 ($10.00 + GST) for all orders under $100.00 and free shipping for all orders over $100.00 anywhere in Australia.

Orders outside Australia

International orders cannot be placed via this website, as we need to calculate shipping costs specific to the order. For orders outside Australia, please contact us.

Medical Goods do not attract GST unless specifically indicated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Items on sale are for a limited time and valid only while stocks last. Our online store may also list different specials than those available in-store.


WyMedical Pty Ltd has been approved by a regulatory authority in Australia to distribute the products available on this website.

Products will not be sold or distributed to the USA.

Accepted Payments

Our online store accepts payment via the e-Way gateway or EFT. When completing a transaction at the Checkout on our site you will have one of the following options:

eWay Gateway

eWay is an Australian secure payment gateway system that is PCi and DSS compliant and accepts the following cards:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa

Your credit card details are held in a secure account and we process them in-store via our standard bank provided terminal. No credit card details are processed or saved on our website.

Once we have processed your order you will be sent a further notification from our online store system to inform you your order is on the way.

Direct Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

If you select this method the store will send the order confirmation to your email address, complete with our bank account details. You can then transfer the funds directly from your chosen bank account. You should always provide a reference such as surname,  company name or transaction number.

Alternatively you may also phone us during trading hours 1800 812 097 and we can accept your payment via Mastercard or Visa directly via our terminal over the phone.

Pick-Up directly from our Head Office and SA Warehouse

If you’re local and would like to save some time in a busy day you might like to use the pick-up option. We’ll confirm when you’re order is ready for collection so all you need to do is stop by, pay at reception, collect your goods and you’re on your way.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours via Registered Post or Courier where applicable. Depending on your location in Australia you should receive your order within three to five business days.

What if the goods you ordered are out of stock?

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock we will inform you immediately of this and when new stock will arrive as well as expected delivery date.

Your package has arrived but might be damaged in transit?

Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event that you suspect the item(s) has been damaged in transit – 1800 812 097. We will make arrangements to replace the goods immediately.
